Web projects include the following:

	Web Site Design/Interface Layout.
	Text Formatting (Client supplies content).
	1-Scanned Image of your supplied Logo or Title Graphic.
	All graphical requirements such as Navigational buttons, Background Graphics, Head Title Graphics, etc. This includes Graphics Optimization along with basic JavaScript mouseover effects. If custom JavaScript functions are required, additional charges may apply.
	If the use of royalty-free photos and/or stock images are required, we have 1000's of photos and stock art available at no additional charge. However, Client will be charged our hourly rate for time required to find the right photo for your project. If your requirements include purchasing royalty-free photos, Client is responsible for purchase cost.
	Basic image/photo manipulation is included (NTE 1 hour). If images require significant modification, additional charges may apply.
	Internal/External Links (NTE 50 per page).
	Meta Tags/Keyword insertion. Correct usage and placement of Meta Tags information (i.e., Site Description, Keywords, etc.) will be inserted into each Web page for Search Engine placement.
	Site designed for 800x600 viewer resolution unless otherwise specified by the client. By using an 800x600 resolution design you are more likely to satisfy viewers of 640x480, 800x600 and 1024x768 and above.
	Site Checking includes: - Spelling, Grammar, Punctuation and Consistency Checking - HTML Validation - Cross-Browser Compatibility
	Search engine placement and submission is an additional fee. No guarantees can be made for search engine placement without client using a pay per click feature from one or more of the top search engines.
	Free Site Maintenance is provided for 30 days from initial upload. After the initial 30 days, Client will then be responsible for any maintenance required for the completed site. If you require additional Web Maintenance, we can arrange a Web Maintenance Agreement to suit your needs. Web Maintenance is charged at $30/hour with a one (1) hour minimum per month.
